My Moderater application

Hi my name is andrey and i am great with runescape private servers, i think i would make a good Moderater because i help people whenever possible, i am a dedicated player. i am experienced with staff on most servers. i dont abuse my powers, i need to get strong evidence before i ban people and jump to conclusions. anyway i made a youtube video promoting this server.
